Welcome to the Kedaireka platform.
Thank you for visiting the Kedaireka platform provided by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Directorate General of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.
The Kedaireka platform, also known as “Kedaireka”) is a platform provided, managed, and developed by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology and the Directorate General of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (referred to as ”the Ministry”). The Ministry aims to build a platform for collaboration between higher education institutions and the business and industry sectors, as well as other related parties. The Kedaireka platform is expected to serve as a meeting and communication hub between creators in higher education (referred to as “Higher Education Professionals”) and the business world (referred to as “Business World”) and the industry (referred to as “Industry”).
Higher Education Professionals can establish collaborations with the Business World and Industry, where Industry can provide Peluang Cipta for Higher Education Professionals, and Higher Education Professionals can propose Kreasi Reka that can be utilized by Industry.
The role of the Ministry is to provide services related to cooperation relationships or to facilitate supply and demand between Higher Education Professionals and the Business World and Industry, as well as other related parties as Users (referred to as “Users”).
The Terms and Conditions outlined below constitute an agreement between Users and the Ministry. These Terms and Conditions govern Users' access to and use of the Kedaireka platform. Users are advised to read them carefully as they may affect Users' rights and obligations under the law.
By visiting, registering, and/or using the Kedaireka platform, Users acknowledge and agree that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, without exception.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the Kedaireka platform without exception. If Users do not agree with any, part, or all of the Terms and Conditions, Users are not permitted to access further and are encouraged to leave the Kedaireka platform.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed, modified, added to, or amended from time to time based on the Ministry's policy, without prior notice to Users. Users agree and accept their obligation to regularly check the Terms and Conditions on the Kedaireka platform.
By accessing and/or using the Kedaireka platform, Users declare that all information used is accurate and valid. By registering, accessing, and/or using the Kedaireka platform, Users consent to the Ministry's collection, storage, management, and use of such information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Kedaireka platform as follows:
There is no guarantee that access to the Kedaireka platform will always be uninterrupted or free from other errors beyond the Ministry's control.
The Ministry reserves the right to develop, change, or adjust the content and services of the Kedaireka platform, either permanently or temporarily, with or without prior notice.
All content on the Kedaireka platform, including names, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, features, code, designs, technologies, databases, and other intellectual property rights, is legally protected.
All Kedaireka product designs, including but not limited to writings, designs, images, audio, video, and programming codes on the Kedaireka platform, are copyrighted by the Ministry.
The Ministry has the right to take legal action if there is a violation of intellectual property rights and is exempt from all claims and responsibilities for violations related to intellectual property rights by third parties.
Users may save, print, and display the content provided solely for non-commercial use.
Users are prohibited from publishing, manipulating, distributing, or otherwise reproducing any content from the Kedaireka platform for commercial purposes without permission from the Ministry or the platform licensor.

The Ministry may be interrupted by events beyond its authority or control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications disruptions, government policies, or virus outbreaks.
Users agree to release the Ministry from any claims if the Ministry cannot facilitate access and/or use of the Kedaireka platform, in whole or in part, due to a force majeure event.
The Ministry has the right to use information freely without limitation. Users are prohibited from misusing platform discoveries that could affect the Ministry's operation of the Kedaireka platform.
If users find any content on the Kedaireka platform that they believe violates any intellectual property rights, defames, is pornographic or inappropriate, racist, or otherwise causes widespread harm, or involves impersonation, abuse, spam, or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, please report it to the Ministry through the contact provided.

Users understand and agree that the Ministry has the right, at its discretion, to suspend, terminate, or close users' accounts on the Kedaireka platform for any reason and at any time without prior notice or users' consent.
The Ministry may suspend, terminate, or close user accounts on the Kedaireka platform under certain conditions, including but not limited to (i) violations of these Terms and Conditions; (ii) indications of violations of applicable laws; (iii) indications of any violations of intellectual property rights; and (iv) based on users' requests to the Ministry.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users agree that any legal action or dispute arising from or related to the platform and/or this agreement will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia and in accordance with the applicable laws in the target country (for foreign exchange programs).
All correspondence and contact on the Kedaireka platform must be made or conducted in Indonesian.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Ministry and users regarding the matters governed by these Terms and Conditions and supersede and replace any previous versions.
The Ministry reserves the right to change and/or update the Kedaireka Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. All changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted online.
The Ministry advises users to read and check the Terms and Conditions page regularly to be aware of any changes. By continuing to access and use the Kedaireka platform, users are deemed to agree to the changes to the Kedaireka Terms and Conditions.
